Learn how to release chronic neck and shoulder pain for long-term relief. Hanna Somatics provides simple, gentle exercises to relieve, and even reverse chronic neck and shoulder pain. By using these gentle movement explorations, you can learn to address those
nagging neck pains due to herniated & bulging discs, repetitive stress syndrome, as well as common shoulder issues including rotator cuff injuries, chronic tension headaches, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
In this 2-hour workshop, we will begin by assessing our range of movement, then move through a series of Hanna Somatic movement explorations that address common patterns that can cause habituated muscle pain in the neck and shoulders. You will leave with a series of simple, gentle movements that can help you maintain and improve shoulder and neck function in your daily life.
This class is of benefit to both those new and experienced to movement awareness education.
